- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities using QuickBooks Online, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll processing and related activities.
- Prepare financial reports and reconcile bank statements.
- Handle client communications via CRM, including new and existing deals.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing correspondence, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, answering and directing phone calls as necessary.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, front desk receptionist, and/or executive assistant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must, along with strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
