    Description
    SUMMARY
    Care Coordinator role at CSI's Pharmacy involves managing patient onboarding, verifying insurance status, and discussing financial costs. The position requires frequent phone calls with patients and collaboration with pharmacy management and insurance teams.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Contact new patients to confirm demographics, medical history, and insurance details.
    • Coordinate patient care by scheduling orders, communicating information, and assessing supply needs.
    • Provide timely responses to patient inquiries via phone or email.
    • Conduct patient chart audits regularly.
    • Maintain professionalism while resolving patient concerns and complaints.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned, including drug shipment notifications and Adverse Drug Event Reports.

    Qualification Requirements
    • Pharmacy Technician License Preferred
    • Experience in customer service, data entry, and basic computer skills.
    • Ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.

    Education and Experience
    • Pharmacy Technician License Preferred
    • At least 1 year of experience in a call center setting or home healthcare/pharmacy environment.
