    The Senior Database Developer will analyze, develop SSIS projects, custom reports and work closely with the team on any SQL issues.

    Manage new implementations, resolve any integration issues timely manner.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    Develop Complex ETL and Analytics Programs using SQL, Store Procedures and various query tools.
    Develop, maintain and support SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages related to the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) process using Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later
    Maintain HIPAA transactions specifically 835 and 837 transaction sets, create the ad hoc reports to query the transaction sets.
    Responsible for data profiling as well as SQL and database tuning / optimization
    Analyze the client requirements and design technical solutions based on those requirements.
    Perform day to day troubleshooting of issues related to QA and Production.
    Design ETL audit control and scheduling processes.
    Develop testing and implementation strategy, conduct appropriate functional and performance testing to identify and resolve process bottlenecks and data quality issues

    Guide the developers in the team to implement the client requirement and review the software developed by the team members.

    Provide technical leadership by making recommendations for application development to enhance the existing solution or resolve production issues
    Work within a fast paced, objective oriented environment
    Managing and versioning the SSIS projects using Visual Studio Foundation Server.
    Participates in Client meetings, lead technical review meetings with team and/or client as required.

    Responsible for providing accurate and timely communication of the status of assignment, job responsibilities, and the resolution of problems to the appropriate parties following established policies and procedures.

    Assist with capacity planning and resource expansion through data aggregation and analysis.
    Consistently demonstrate understanding of security standards in daily development, administration, and/or solutions where applicable and as set for in the Information Security and HIPAA policies
    Stay abreast of new and emerging security threats and mitigation approaches for your respective area and perform periodic security reviews of your assigned areas
    Work to ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, etc.) in all aspects of data utilization and information access.
    Ensure all proposed changes follow the Change Management policy and procedure for production changes
    Requirements
    Requires a four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
    Minimum eight years working as a SQL Database engineer
    Minimum of five years SSIS experience
    Thorough understanding of database structures, theories, principles, & practices.
    Ability to write & troubleshoot SQL code & design stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, & constraints.
    Extensive knowledge of MS SQL Server 2012 or later
    Extensive knowledge with SSRS\SSIS\TSql
    Experience with C# and\or VB.NET.
    Technical knowledge of MS SQL Server internals with emphasis on query performance.
    Knowledge and know-how to troubleshoot potential issues; experience with best practices around database operations.
    Project Management Experience required.

    Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to peers, customers, and management**Must be capable of routinely making effective and timely decisions in alignment with departmental direction and based on sound business knowledge and industry best practices.

    Require ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Ability to multi-task with several complex and demanding Projects
