    Description

    The Retail Service Specialist role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position also assumes shift management responsibilities when needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
    • Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor, ensuring execution of customer service programs.
    • Answer telephone calls according to company policy.
    • Process buy online/ship to store orders, hub transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
    • Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledgers.
    • Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently, issuing accurate refunds and processing returned merchandise.
    • Invoice merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.

    Requirements

    • Strong communication skills.
    • Able to obtain RSS Certification.
    • Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts; automotive systems and repair knowledge; ASE Certification; fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
