Job Title: Instructional Designer
Job Location: Vienna/Winchester – Hybrid 1-2 days onsite weekly (All remote work must be performed within the United States.)
Job Type: Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation: $35 - 40/hour will be based on the candidate's skills and experience
No other forms of compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, are offered for this position

Create tailored courses supporting real estate lending employee growth. Job Requirements:

• Develop courses aligned with learning outcomes for our team.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to grasp technical information efficiently.
• Utilize Articulate 360 and SCORM packages for course creation.
• Produce reference materials and tools to reinforce training.
• Manage projects, collaborate across teams, and adhere to style guides.
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
