The Event Operations team within the Facilities & Hospitality Department of Stanford University is seeking a skilled temporary Administrative and Event Coordinator. The primary role will be to provide general administrative assistance for the department; handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence relating to events.This includes administrative support and supporting the design, planning, implementation,

This is a temporary ongoing role for up to 6-12 months as needed with the possibility of continuing. We expect the individual to work 40 hours per week based on department need some evening weekend work anticipated schedule variable
