    Position Overview: Join our team as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Houston, Texas, for the 2024/2025 school year. As a vital member of our team, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students, assess their communication needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders.
    • Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • At least one year of recent experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably in a school setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
