    THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

    • Coordinate projects, devising detailed plans and integrating technical activities.
    • Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
    • Recruit, assign, and evaluate employee work, overseeing staff development.
    • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
    • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications.
    • Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and product designs.
    • Consult with clients to prepare project specifications.

    KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

    • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Leadership and mentoring capabilities for providing support and feedback.
    • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and business principles.
    • Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
    • VR experience, Machine learning and AI
    • Data and Reporting

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
    • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
