POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Data Warehouse is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and
support of the Companys data warehousing and data mart technologies and systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of
the job.

• Lead the activities of data warehouse team in the design, development, and implementation of data warehouses; and

the configuration and auditing of data warehouses to ensure quality control of data.

• Provide guidance regarding the use of data warehouse systems, capability of systems to deliver information, and

subject matter expertise regarding current systems and emerging technology.

• Be a thought leader and driving force behind data initiatives.
• Learn our users' needs both from a historical/warehouse perspective and an operational/transactional perspective.
• Create standards and conventions for data warehouse, analytics, and ETL systems. Lead governance and enforcement

of standards.

• Understand user needs as well as understand the technical requirements and limitations when building platform

services.

• Set a strategy vision for various platform components and related services to increase adoption and deliver business

results.

• Work with business stakeholders across lines of business to evaluate requirements, potential solutions and prioritize

core platform features.

• Seek formal and informal performance assessments, including performance versus expectations and goals, behaviors,

and leadership potential.

• Actively participate in required training and development programs and electives as suits ones needs, and support

colleagues, trainers, and management as appropriate with these efforts.

• Promote the Companys Mission and Values, including an accountable, innovative, and results-oriented culture that

promotes customer service, openness, teamwork, mutual trust, and respect.


What You Need:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, business, or a related field

required; advanced degree in Computer Science, Math, or Physics strongly preferred. Five (5) years of industry
experience required along with Six (5) years of Data Warehouse experience. A strong grasp of complex SQL,
performance tuning, modern data storage architecture, data analytics and reporting tools required.
