- This position will report to the Senior Accountant
- Support service billing.
- Maintain customer Portals (upload invoices / portal maintenance).
- Handle collections for Accounts Receivables.
- Process accounts receivable and payables.
- Process Vendor Payment (ACH/Wire/Check).
- Enter Intercompany invoices.
- Maintain company cars (yearly tag renewal and support with new vehicle purchase).
- Maintain and deliver company mail.
- Order office and kitchen supplies.
- Support Month End and Year End Process.
- Other accounting tasks as needed.
- Must have 3 years' experience in accounting and or bookkeeping.
- Collections experience helpful.
- Self-motivated, team player and highly organized.
- Ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Show proficiency with accounting software.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
