    **Location:** Lancaster, CA, US, 93535 * Provide feedback on customer issues to production departments and sales organization.

    Process warranty claims activity reporting issues through consistent analysis of trends and changes.

    Develop strategies to improve procedures to improve product quality. ? Report on functional activities and performance for each area.

    Generate field service bulletins to inform field reps & dealers of service issues and training.

    Vendor part warranty administration and exchange, recall notice administration.

    Coordinate in field and plant customer repairs, perform other duties as directed.

    Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

    Working independently in the absence of supervision.

    Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

    Organizational and management skills. ? Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Demonstrated an ability to lead people and get results through others.

    Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.

    General understand of engineering drawings, blue prints, assembly drawing, schematics and other written or verbal instructions presented in English.

    Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position is responsible for processing vehicle warranty and customer service activity. Individual must be able to handle multiple activities and people with varying skill sets. This position requires direct end user interaction that must focus on customer satisfaction. After sale customer service, facilitating issues to resolution and effectively communicating information to multiple departments.
