    We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR

    Who we are looking for:

    • An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine
    • A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations

    Position Details:

    • Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
    • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
    • 0.80 FTE (32 hours a week)
    • EMR system is EPIC
    • Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

    Position highlights:

    • Base Compensation: $105k - $115k per year.  Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
    • $12k Hiring Bonus
    • $16k Relocation allowance
    • Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
    • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

    Qualifications:

    To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
