Richmond, Virginia, Concierge Medicine Physician Opening

~ Clinical Role:

~ Permanent job opening
~ Reason for need:

~ Seeking a board certified internal medicine or family medicine physician
~ Weekdays only - day administrative time weekly
~ Full-time position
~ Outpatient primary care only
~ Concierge model - patients pay a monthly membership fee plus utilize their health insurance
~ Relationship based care
~ You'd be on phone call for your own patient panel four days a week (required)
~ Ability to see all ages or adults only
~ See 8-10 patients per day, as well as, respond to portal messages and phone calls
~ Work alongside 15 physicians
~ You'd have a dedicated nurse
~ Shared referral coordinator, as well as, support of marketing, sales, billing, HR, and IT
~ No APPs
~2023 grads welcome to apply
~ Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more

~ Organization Information:

~ Starting salary of $215k, with bumps to $265k as panel grows
~7 paid holidays per year
~3 additional float holidays per year
~3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in year 1 (negotiable), and 4 weeks every year thereafter
~1 week CME each year
~ Monetary CME allowance
~401(k) with 4% match
