    Description


    We are seeking a smart and friendly data center enthusiast with a knack for problem solving, follow-through, and communication to join Epic's hosting team for work in our data center in the Madison, Wisconsin area.

    You'll conduct server installation, wiring, removal, and disposal of enterprise-class data center equipment. You will help plan the expansion and roll-out of additional equipment and track technical asset use throughout the space. Use your fervor for technology to revolutionize healthcare.

    Requirements

    A history of professional and/or academic success relevant to networking, storage, and data centers

    Ability to handle heavy equipment

    Extreme attention to detail

    Available to work second shift

    Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

    COVID-19 vaccination

    As a member of the Hosting team at Epic you'll be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting


    Those responsibilities include:
    Following policies and procedures and escalating when policies or procedures are not followed

    Escalating potential security incidents and providing relevant information

    Meeting all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures
