    NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

    Unit Type:
    Neuro/Stroke Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
    No Block Scheduling

    allowed

    Experience required with:
    Neuro/Stroke PCU patient care
    Respiratory and cardiac patient management
    Mixed medical patient population
    Titration of cardiac drips
    Continuous telemetry monitoring

    Assignments will consist of

    PCU-level patients
    Patient Ratio / Unit Capacity

    Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
    1:4

    Every other weekend , unless specified otherwise

    Required within facility and within scope of practice as needed

    Requested Time Off (RTO)
    Maximum 7 days allowed

    Spring Break:
