The Surgical Technologist is responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile surgical room environment.This includes wiping down the room with alcohol at the start of the day and ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment and furniture throughout the day.
The role involves assembling, maintaining, and protecting the sterile field as well as ensuring that cases are opened and set up in a timely manner while adhering to aseptic techniques.
