    Voice Up seeks passionate Faith Mentor Interns to guide spiritual growth and community building through our innovative faith-based ministry approach.

    This 100% remote internship empowers mentors to support individuals on their spiritual journeys while developing pastoral care skills, recovery support expertise, and holistic ministry approaches that meet people where they are in their faith walk.

    Option 1 -
    Standard Tracks:
    Academic Credit: 15-20 hours/week with seminary or university partnership in ministry/theology

    • Volunteer: 1015 hours/week for calling discernment and pastoral experience building
    • Stipend: $2030/hour for exceptional contributors with demonstrated spiritual leadership

    Option 2 -
    Investment Fellowship:
    Transform faith mentorship experience into Voice Up equity ownership:

    • Weekly investment: $ flexible payment accommodating seminary/ministry student budgets)
    • Performancebased equity conversion % based on spiritual leadership engagement)
    • Evaluation based on mentorship effectiveness, recovery support impact, community building, and embodiment of core principles
    • Duration: 412 months (flexible to accommodate seminary schedules and ministry preparation)
