**Job Title: Line Cook**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as both a Line Cook and Prep Cook, with a demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A Food Handlers Certificate is required.

**Responsibilities:**

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat.

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.

Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food items and cleaning of equipment.

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience as a Line Cook and Prep Cook in a high-volume kitchen.

Possession of a valid Food Handlers Certificate.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Wages and compensation to commence with experience level.
