    Description

    Experience: 5-10 years

    The QA Automation Engineer is responsible for creating systems to automate the validation and verification process of software components and products.


    The QA Automation Engineer ensures systematic assessment of defined functions or workflows on each product build, and detect regression due to code change; perform tests that cannot be done manually.

    Design and develop automated tests to support the overall product testing strategy. Work closely with the Development team, executing automatic test plans and reporting results for assigned software products.

    Thoroughly investigate result changes with the Software Developer, Quality Assurance Engineer and Product Analyst during the software development cycle, for legacy automated tests as well as new implemented ones.

    Acquire and manage test data needed for the review of test plans to ensure completeness. Comply with the Software Lifecycle Management and Product Development process. Review software requirements documents, provide input to improve product effectiveness, integration and usability, and participate in FTRs, as required.

    Promote use of the Software Development Standards and testing and evaluation techniques defined by the software development organization, and contribute toward their improvement.

    Review and edit user documentation for technical correctness. Document and report test results in a timely manner using provided systems for test result reporting and defect tracking. At the senior level, be responsible for the automation framework.


    Experience & Exposures:
    DevOps Quality Assurance C# or .NET Cloud (ideally Azure) DevOps pipelines Angular Application experience. A strong background in Automation Testing
