We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Overnight Cook to join our culinary team In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious high-quality meals during the overnight shift ensuring all food safety standards are met and that every dish is crafted with care and precision Your culinary expertise will help create a warm welcoming environment for our residents or guests providing nourishing meals that meet dietary needs and exceed expectations If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen love food preparation and have a passion for fine dining and catering this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and make a meaningful impact- Prepare cook meals according to established recipes menus ensuring consistency quality Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping slicing marinating assembling ingredients with precision Maintain cleanliness organization of the kitchen area adhering to strict food safety sanitation standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes modifications based on dietary requirements seasonal ingredients Operate kitchen equipment safely efficiently including knives ovens stoves processors Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining presentation standards Ensure proper food handling procedures followed at all times prevent contamination spoilage When no Dishwasher is on ensure dishes cleaned before end of shift
