    About the Role

    The Multi-Media Project Manager is responsible for managing client and internal relationships, while leading multimedia communication projects and workstreams for clients. You are a skilled communication strategist, writer, and editor who confidently guides your internal team of designers, project managers, and technical experts. You also will contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with internal and external vendors to gather project estimates
    • Developing project schedule and risk management plans
    • Managing production quality for all media to ensure accuracy and that established expectations are met.
    • Understanding and verifying the financial scope of the project. Provides support and financial data for client lead/sales team to create proposals and support documentation.
    • Managing project budget.
    • Managing multiple priorities and deadlines without jeopardizing quality.
    • Demonstrating proficiency and educates others on Project Management process and Tools
    • Understanding and adoption of project management tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, etc.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of project management work experience.
    • Possess 7+ yeas of professional work experience.
    • Have a knowledge and understanding of PMI Project Management process and tools

    Salary Pay Range

    Minimum :

    69,700 USD

    Maximum :

    110,600 USD
