Overview
The Room Attendant cleans guest rooms as assigned and public areas ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. The Room Attendant shall strive to always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests.

S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the La Cantera Hill Country Resort Culture as well as promoting La Cantera Hill Country Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior hospitality experience preferred.

At least one year of prior housekeeping experience preferred. At least one year customer service experience preferred.
