Education Requirements:
Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license
Certifications Requirements:
CPR/BLS certification, State OT licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, 1-3 years preferred
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, ability to perform assessments, flexibility in scheduling, ability to work in a long-term care setting
