Description

Description:+ Maintenance supervisor will report directly to maintenance manager+ Maintenance supervisor will interact daily with other supervisors+ Ensure safety, environmental and quality policies are understood and executed by all employees+ Provide day to day supervision of all maintenance of equipment and machinery+ Provide guidance for daily preventative maintenances and equipment repair+ Place orders for necessary repair material and other parts+ Analyze equipment failure to prevent future problems+ Assist with upgrades to plant infrastructure+ Assist in capital expenditure planning, inputting on equipment failure+ Responsible for electromechanical repairs+ Assist in training maintenance technicians+ Read and interpret blueprint

Additional Skills & Qualifications:+ 5+ years in a supervisory role preferred+ Experience in front line electromechanical maintenance+ PLC experience+ Machine maintenance+ Combustion experience+ Blueprint and schematics
