    To assist thesite EHS Manager in ensuring EHS compliance, building a strongsafety culture, and in the process reducing injuries. To ensurethat regulatory requirements for Safety, Security, Environment, andWorkers' Compensation are met/ exceeded. To continuallyreduce risk and cost associated with behaviors and conditions ofemployees, contractors, and visitors of Aspire Bakeries.

    Accountabilities:

    • Developstrong positive relationships with all levels of team members tohelp facilitate a strong safety team-based environment.
    • Provide accurate and consistent guidance to all teammembers at the facility, in accordance with all safety bestpractices, internal and external policies, andregulations.
    • Conduct regular safety audits,inspections, assessments, and observations to identify and evaluatehazards and behaviors in the workplace, and recommend solutions tominimize or eliminate risk.
    • Complete varioussafety reports and collect data to build metrics to identify trendsand show improvements in safety-related initiatives.
    • Maintain safety communications boards and update safetymonitor slides, as needed.
    • Maintain aninventory of safety supplies and order supplies asnecessary.
    • Track and facilitate employeesafety rewards.
    • Conduct, facilitate, &manage various safety training
    • Conduct newhire safety orientation for full-time and temporaryemployees.
    • Participate in accidentinvestigations
    • Perform other duties asassigned orrequired.

    Qualifications:

    • Ahigh school diploma or GED is required
    • OSHA30-hour certification is required
    • At least 1year of experience in manufacturing/light industrial environmentpreferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook,Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
    • Ability tocommunicate (written and oral) in Spanish andEnglish

    Shift:3rd (10:00 pm - 6:30 am)
