How You Will Contribute

Manage all aspects of the company's financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with senior management to develop and oversee financial budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
Work closely with department heads to review and analyze production costs, inventory levels, and overhead expenses.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and investment strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors at accounting firm to ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

About YOU

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or a related field; CPA licensure preferred.
5+ years of related work experience at a similar level; preferably 2+ years as a controller.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Experience with cost accounting, and inventory management.
Proficient with financial management software, ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
