The Peer-to-Peer Mentor, part time grant funded position, will serve as the Community Champion of Health for their prospective communities. Duties include reporting to the project coordinator, assist the Mobile Team with logistics, communication, scheduling, preparing materials, engaging specialists, and finalizing plans for all workshops/learning communities.
Responsibilities
- Peer Mentorship: Provide one-on-one peer support to new mothers participating in Maternal Child Health and Wellness Learning Communities.
