Responsabilidades Clave:<\/b>

  • Dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes con una actitud profesional y amigable.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Realizar el check -in y check -out de los huéspedes de manera eficiente.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manejar las reservaciones y procesar los pagos con precisión.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Atender las preguntas y solicitudes de los huéspedes, garantizando una excelente experiencia.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Mantener la recepción limpia y organizada en todo momento.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>

  • Experiencia previa<\/b> <\/span>en el rol de Front Desk o en hotelería.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Nivel de inglés avanzado<\/b> <\/span>(indispensable para la comunicación con los huéspedes).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en <\/span>horarios rotativos<\/b> <\/span>(AM/PM).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ser una persona proactiva y orientada a la solución de problemas.
