    Description

    Job Title: General Maintenance Technician at ABM

    The General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing preventive and reactive maintenance to equipment and facilities in a safety-conscious and team-oriented environment. The candidate should have a good understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and housekeeping in mechanical areas.     Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement.
    • Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
    • Conduct HVAC filter changes and housekeeping of mechanical areas.
    • Comfortable working at various heights and climbing ladders safely.
    • Operate lifts like scissor lifts and boom lifts proficiently.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma / GED.
    • 1-2 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience.
    • Knowledge of building maintenance procedures, occupational hazards, and safety precautions.
    • Ability to use hand and power tools.
    • Authorized to work in the US.

    Salary Range: $18 - $23/hr

    This position offers a competitive salary range based on education, experience, skills, and market data alignment. Eligibility for a Company incentive or bonus program may apply.

    Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
