Summary:
RF-SMART Product Leaders are responsible for establishing the product vision, strategy, and functional roadmaps for their respective product lines.
Leveraging creativity, domain expertise, leadership skills, and persistence, they closely collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate market requirements into scalable, successful SaaS applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:Define and manage the vision, strategy and roadmap for RF-SMART Inventory Planning productsStay on top of supply chain planning trends that affect our customersTranslate market and customer pain points into product features that solve inventory planning problemsDrive roadmap priorities, deliverables and timelines based on extensive engagement with customers and prospectsOwn and lead identifying use case scenariosDrive enablement and training activities to ensure internal teams have the knowledge and resources to achieve product goals - from Marketing and Sales to Services and SupportExpected travel: 15-25% (more initially)
Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of demonstrated experience with supply chain planning, inventory optimization, demand forecasting and/or supply planning (MRP) software productsExperience driving efficiencies into planning operations to deliver valueOutstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and writing skillsExcellent networking skills with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent presentation skillsDesired Skills and Qualifications:Working knowledge of how ERP systems operate and interactImplementation and/or solution consulting experience in planningPlanner certification such as CIP, CPIM, CSCP, CPIM, ISM, CPM or similarProduct management experienceExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productPragmatic Marketing knowledge and/or certificationEmployer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g.
