    Description

    CV Resources is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our client's fun, fast-paced team As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a trusted and positive customer experience, and you will be integral in maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

    This is a full-time onsite position in Meridian, ID.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide support to customers, vendors, as well as Sales and Support teams.
    Execute important administrative and operational tasks.
    Manage internal communications through calendar management, responding to inquiries, and routing calls and messages.
    Create documents and presentations as required.
    Collaborate closely with the Sales team to engage with customers and address challenges during quoting and order workflows.
    Process and monitor customer orders.


    Requirements:
    High school diploma and at least one year of experience in a related position.
    Demonstrate accountability, self-motivation, and dedication to achieving results.
    Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
    Exhibit strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in tasks.
    Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Zoom, and CRM systems.
