The Head of Operations is a critical role that blends internal operations, administrative leadership and customer-facing responsibility for our incubator and market tenants.Responsibilities
- Oversee client experience for incubator clients and market tenants
- Lead client onboarding into booking and operational systems
- Manage scheduling support and kitchen capacity across spaces
- Ensure resolution of client billing policy operational issues
- Cordinete requests with Kitchen Operations Facilities
