UDR Inc is seeking a Resident Service Specialist to join their team at a brand-new apartment community in Riverside CA ensuring residents have a seamless move-in experience and enhanced lifestyle during residency as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries and issues providing timely responses and resolutions maintaining accurate records performing administrative tasks such as scanning documents into OneSite overseeing pending tasks guiding walk-in traffic handling concerns with the Resident Service Manager or Community Director organizing packages checking voicemails texts emails and other communications responding within established time guidelines walking through apartments amenities daily reporting deficiencies following up with service teams until resolved receiving greeting visitors answering phone calls researching preparing reports memos letters correspondence using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software at the direction of management completing market summary comp reports complying with company policies procedures related to employment committing to Living UDR Values each day executing job functions performing duties assigned or necessary.
