    OP2 Labs, a leading consumer goods company and 4X INC 5000 fastest-growing company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, ideally in the health and wellness or related consumer goods sector.

    This role requires a dynamic individual who can implement and manage marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email, to increase brand awareness and sales.

    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing materials and promotional content.
    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities for growth.
    Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve marketing objectives.
    Manage content creation, distribution, and maintenance across all platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
    Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and product launches.
    Manage the Frog Fuel and ProT GOLD influencer outreach program.
    Requirements
    Degree not required; OP2 values skills and experience over education.
    3-5 years of experience in a marketing or advertising related role.

    Located in or near the DFW area - while the position is predominantly remote, periodic travel to the office will be required.

    Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and strategies.
    Proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
    Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Additional Requirements:
    Previous experience with ClickUp, Air and Klaviyo is preferred.
    Adaptable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
