    Job Summary:
    Reston Hospital Center is seeking an experienced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician just outside of Washington D.C. in the fast-growing and highly desirable community of Reston, VA. This full-time role combines clinical care and leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality, collaborative, patient care.


    Qualified Candidates:
    Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
    Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Virginia
    Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
    Superb communication skills and a passion for program development and collaboration
    Leadership experience is preferred


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide inpatient rehabilitation evaluations and ongoing medical management for patients
    Oversee and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nurses case managers and other clinicians

    Serve as a physician leader partnering with hospital leadership and administration teams to support program expansion, strategic planning, and operational performance.

    Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
