We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to join our Retail Team If you are looking for a rewarding career in banking where you can shine professionally provide superior customer service and give back to the community consider joining Providence Bank & Trust and becoming part of our team.This individual will be based in Wheaton IL Work Hours Lobby & Drive-Up Monday-Friday: 8:15am - 5:15pm Schedule will vary according to business needs Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturday Hours subject to change to meet business needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Support relationship building efforts within the branch Contribute to overall branch operation Position Requirements Education - High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience - One (1) year job-related experience preferably in a banking sales or customer service environment Other - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Word Preferred Requirements Banking experience Effective customer relationship building skills including ability to sell cross-sell and refer products Basic knowledge of retail products policy and procedures documentation and systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer including disability/veteran
