    Description

    Our client, a leading distribution and warehouse operations company, is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to join their team. As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department supporting the Order Selection and Logistics Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent stamina, and the ability to work in fast‑paced environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Pay Rate and Schedule:



    $17.38/hour (up to $31/hour once converted full‑time with incentives)

    Sunday–Friday, with Saturday + one weekday off


    What's the Job?

    • Pick and select orders manually in a traditional warehouse environment
    • Maintain an order-picking rate of 100–140 items per hour
    • Operate an electric pallet jack (required) and stand‑up reach truck (preferred)
    • Work 10–12 hours per shift in cold/wet warehouse conditions
    • Meet performance milestones (80–100 pieces/hr after 4 weeks; 100+ after 6 weeks)

    What's Needed?

    • Minimum 6 months of selecting/order picking experience
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
    • Strong attendance history
    • General warehouse experience (training provided for selection work)
    • Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work at a fast pace
