Who We're SeekingAs a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in television, you excel at understanding production workflows.
You are dedicated to enhancing production methodologies and consistently seek opportunities for advancement. You are tech-savvy and understand the different systems used in a broadcast organization and their interoperability. You like to learn, and your proactive approach encompasses integrating new technologies.ResponsibilitiesAssess Current State Architecture, Process Workflow, and solution inventory and identify key pain pointsSupport definition of Future State Architecture and Process Workflow with GAP analysis Support Project planning and implementation with high quality deliverables Quickly immerse yourself in broadcast projects, understanding client infrastructure and procedures Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external business partners.
Identify continuous improvement and processes of the broadcast transformation practiceWhat you'll bringGood knowledge of production workflow and interoperability between systems within news or sports environment Working knowledge of solutions production, post-production, and distributionA mindset of cross-unit collaboration; in addition to working with multiple engineering teams you will seamlessly partner with business and sales leaders and meaningfully contribute to adjacent business discussions/ forums that have an impact on the direction of Qvest.
