    Zayo is seeking a Field Operations Manager to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Zayo's Field Operations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

    Responsibilities
    • Responsible for data and reporting accuracy of any data related to field operations including task data
    • Responsible for the production and analysis of monthly and quarterly metrics decks
    • Responsible for the creation and upkeep of reports and dashboards
    • Work internally and with other groups to create, streamline and document workflow
    • Ensure that development is done so that workflow and process are aligned
    • Ensure that actual costs are in line with forecasted budget by sharp attention to all areas of spend - especially all head count related costs
    • Create the budget forecast twelve months in the future
    • Ensure that actuals are captured accurately are in line with the budget
    • Explain the budget and any variances actual to forecast
    • Approve and coordinate all IT work necessary to enhance Salesforce to the betterment of Field Operations
    • Manage internal IT resource dedicated to development
    • Work with various other groups in the company to solve company-wide issues
    • Responsible for management of entire Zayo fleet vehicle program - including leasing and selling of vehicles, insurance, accidents, rentals, registrations and any other issues necessary to keep the vehicles in good condition and safely on the road
    • Oversee and manage the UL Puresafety platform which is used for basic and driver safety training as well as OSHA safety certification
    • Contribute to the ongoing expansion of Workforce Management (WFM) as a way to increase Field Operations efficiencies; this includes the WFM team members as well as any systems and process development - Salesforce or otherwise
    • Manage a high achieving team, as needed, to successfully address all of the above listed responsibilities
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in management, finance or other related field. MBA is preferred
    • Minimum of ten (10) years work experience, at least 5 years in telecommunications
    • Ability to manage a team of varying skill sets and roles within the company
    • Comfort in presenting data and financials to various other departments including the President of the Group
    • In-depth working knowledge of including report writing and dashboard creation
    • Strong communication skills
    Base Pay Range: $81,200 - $121,800 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
