    Description
    As an Associate Clinical Lead Director at IQVIA, you will focus on delivering high-quality clinical services within a project to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with project leaders and other functional teams to achieve project objectives.

    Typical ACLD responsibilities include:
    • Subject and Data Accountability: Ensuring the right subjects and accurate data are collected to meet contractual requirements.
    • Project Strategy and Delivery: Contributing to project delivery strategy development, participating in bid defense preparations, and translating clinical approaches into practical delivery models.
    • Clinical Project Planning: Developing and maintaining clinical project plans, including recruitment and retention strategies.
    • Clinical Delivery Management: Overseeing subject recruitment, site management, and data integrity according to contract terms. Consistently using study tools and ensuring compliance with processes and policies.
    • Objective Alignment: Confirming clinical team objectives based on contract terms and strategy. Assessing performance against agreed-upon goals.
    • Recruitment Strategies: Implementing subject/patient recruitment strategies from the study outset, including digital outreach efforts.
    • Monitoring and Contingency Plans: Ensuring processes and tools are available for effective patient recruitment. Regularly reviewing and updating strategies and materials.
    • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Proactively tracking clinical progress against contract terms and communicating project information to stakeholders.
    • Quality Management: Delivering the project/program according to quality standards. Guiding Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and addressing critical study issues.
    • Collaboration and Risk Management: Collaborating with other functional groups, managing risks, and implementing corrective and preventative action plans

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $123, $228, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
