DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support promote follow the philosophy objectives policies procedures Memory Care Enhanced Assisted Living Residence Attend in-service educational sessions other knowledge skill competency developmental opportunities required Follows directions delegated Wellness Director RN LPN Supervisor Reports important information timely manner Wellness Nurses Reports any physical mental change Wellness Department Administration immediately Reports any signs of verbal or physical abuse Wellness Coordinator/RN/ LPN Supervisor duty Executive Director immediately In 911 emergency willing go Resident Hospital Emergency Room remain until Family arrives or Resident admitted Accompanies Resident Medical Appointments requested Recognizes need Residents dictates assignments willing work floor assigned Keeps HHA CNA Certification current Responds resident facility emergencies assists facility evacuation Assists daily living activities requested needed by Residents outlined individual service plans including assistance care teeth mouth bathing bed sponge shower dressing undressing activities grooming shampooing drying combing hair shaving routine care nails toileting when necessary ambulating assistive devices transferring bed chair if needed maintaining knowledge whereabouts residents at times making changing bedding linens often prescribed exercises taught professional staff socially engaging residents meaningful activities enhance quality life
