    Job Title: Project Coordinator
    Location: Burlington, MA – Onsite – Local candidates only
    Period: From 07/26/2024 to 11/29/2024 with the potential for extension
    Hours/Week: 40 hours
    Rate: $45-$50/hour (Overtime paid at Time and a Half)
    Contract Type: W-2 only

    Scope of Services:

    The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the company's products and services, ensuring seamless collaboration among different teams. This position involves estimating project requirements, creating detailed plans, schedules, and budgets, and supervising project execution to meet deadlines and quality standards. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will communicate project progress, resolve issues, and offer guidance to junior project leaders, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of project management processes within the organization.

    Role, Responsibilities & Deliverables:

    • Oversees the development and implementation of company products and services, working with various teams to deliver new or existing products. Estimates project resources and efforts and prepares detailed plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Directs project execution by delegating tasks, monitoring schedules, identifying risks, and implementing contingency plans.
    • Ensures project quality by following standard methodologies and collaborating with SQA for quality assurance.
    • Communicates project status through reports and participation in project update meetings.
    • Resolves project issues by collaborating with team members and customers.
    • Provides guidance to junior project leaders and shares project management knowledge with internal groups.

    Experience:

    • Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant work experience, a Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
    • Technical expertise and familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Basic understanding of business unit functions and operation in a quality system environment.
    • Works on problems of moderate scope, exercising judgment within established procedures.
    • Possesses broad technical knowledge and understands the system's environment impact.
