Job description
Paladin Financial, an independent financial services firm located in Arden Hills, Minnesota, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team. The client service associate will be responsible for various duties including processing new account paperwork, account setup, and operational and administrative support for the financial professionals in our office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collect all vital information needed for new and existing account paperwork and maintenance
- Enter client information into the CRM system
- Financial and insurance operations (annuity, life, and health), including completion of prospect or new client paperwork, insurance applications, and account setup
- Obtain necessary documents and signatures from clients for paperwork
- Track the application process, new account setup and account funding, keeping clients updated with every step of the process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Follow up with account custodians and insurance companies
- Maintain and organize office files and documentation
- Run reports as needed
- Assist in tracking business analytics
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to answering the phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, preparing conference rooms for appointments, support incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and maintaining files
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Skills include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience working in the financial services industry
- Must be a "people person" with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent worker and ability to approach problem-solving with resourcefulness and creativity
- Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to independently implement systems and processes
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience/Education:
- Financial services: 5 years (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55, $70,000.00 per year
