    About the Role

    We're seeking a Chocolate Advisor who shares our love for high-quality chocolate and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With over 65 wholly-owned Lindt Chocolate Shops in the U.S., you'll play a vital role in creating memorable interactions with every customer.

    • Sales: Drive sales growth by providing outstanding customer service, showcasing product knowledge, and applying Lindt-specific selling skills.

    Elevate store performance by consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales goals, such as ADS conversion rates. Embody Lindt standards through everyday activities like maintaining dress code adherence, upselling opportunities, and prioritizing sales focus. Develop personal commitment to achieving store targets by promoting current marketing programs utilizing company-provided resources.
    Operational Controls: Collaborate with the team to ensure operational excellence through consistent adherence to quality control processes.
    Cash Management: Monitor date codes pricing & maintain accurate vendor logs
