    Description
    Manages medium to large-sized projects and is responsible for successful completion. Creates project structure and timelines. Implements existing project processes and workflows to ensure success. Is responsible for project outcome, communication, implementation, costs, and acceptance. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.


    RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management:
    Plans project resources and feasibility studies to provide ROI for projects to determine benefits
    Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
    Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
    Develop project plans to be shared with stakeholders and project team
    Assembles project team and allocates team resources as necessary
    Coordinating internal resources and vendors for successful execution of projects
    Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, assigning, scheduling, and coordinating projects.
    Manages the communication of projects, tasks, and changes to applicable business groups
    Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
    Enhances the reputation of department and organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing a wide variety of project assignments.
    Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately
    Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    Provide clear documentation of all key decisions and project management deliverables during and after project
    Coordinate with other departments as needed to plan short and long-term projects Miscellaneous: Attends meetings and serves on committees, as requested
    Weekend and after hours work as necessary
    Regular attendance as required
    Performs additional duties and assignments as requested Education/Certification: Bachelors degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or related discipline


    Experience:
    3+ years of project management experience
    2+ years of relevant IT experience Skills/Abilities: Principles and best practices from PMI-PMBOK
    Project proposals
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies
    Work for extended time at keyboard/terminal
    Maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and coworkers
    Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
    Subject matter expertise on project management and coordination PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: CAPM certification
    PMP certification
    Agile-related certification

    Change management certification Skills/Abilities:
    Agile project methods
    The Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    Software testing / regression testing
