    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and creative individual to join our team as a full time lead photographer and marketing assistant. As a Lead Photographer and Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work at a fast paced, ever growing photography business and gain hands-on experience in the field as well as learn the ins-and-outs of a photography business. This is a paid full time position with health benefits that offers valuable training and growth opportunities. Bonus opportunities available beyond the base salary.

    ****No need for prior photography experience, but strong interest and passion is a must****

    Duties:

    - Lead photographer at weddings, elopements, studio photoshoots (newborn, maternity, boudoir) in beautiful locations all over Northern California

    - Assist the company with marketing materials, BTS, social media posts

    - Assist in managing and organizing digital files and maintaining an organized photo library

    - Assist the Client Communications Manager with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics, and managing client communications when needed

    Requirements:

    - Motivated and self starter

    - Professional

    - Eager to help with clients with whatever they need

    - Strong interest in photography (strong knowledge preferred)

    - Camera equipment bonus but not necessary

    - Must be currently living in the Bay Area

    - Able to commute to the Inner Sunset, San Francisco as well as to remote locations such as Yosemite, Mendocino, Redwoods National Park region, and Big Sur on occasion

    - Strong eye for aesthetics

    - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

    - Ability to take direction well and work collaboratively as part of a team

    - Valid and current California driver's license

    - Canva, or any other graphic design platform knowledge a plus

    - Available to commit to a minimum of 40 hours work per week

    - You do NOT currently own your own photography business
