    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Sales Coordinator will assist Pierburg with sales support for the organization.

    WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

    REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to communication clearly and concisely with good interpersonal skills, both oral and written
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Self-starter/self-motivated
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), and customer relationship management database/tools
    • Ability to travel (including overnight travel via car and airplane, including international travel)

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist salespeople in the preparation of accurate and complete quotes
    • Assist Account Managers with customer requirements as needed
    • Assist with presentations for Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Account Managers efficiently and accurately
    • Create graphs using specific data for company presentations
    • Manage and support the invoicing of and collection of payments due from customers
    • Analysis and follow up of accounting inquiries and project financial tracking
    • Knowledge and utilization of customer portals for communication purposes
    • Administrative and filing activities for sales department as directed
    • Coordinate customer and internal meetings and appointments as needed
    • Effectively communicate reports and action items to Sales team
    • Interact with clients regularly to assist sales team.
    • Coordinate internal and external service requests, prepare necessary paperwork and supervise these services when required (for example prototype builds)
    • Process acknowledgements in a timely fashion, resolving discrepancies to assure accurate deliveries
    • Regularly act as customer service representative over the phone and face-to-face, professionally and promptly handling customer inquiries and complaints, taking the appropriate action to resolve customer concerns
    • Regularly inform Account Manager of developments in the sales/order process
    • Keep accurate records according to the company's approved format. Responsible for provision of appropriate reports relating to order process and customer account record keeping
    • Review order and related specifications for accuracy and correct product delivery
    • Travel, as necessary, to support these key responsibilities, including, but not limited to overseas travel
