Do you have 10+ years of Software Engineering experience, prefer to stay hands-on, and work as an Individual Contributor?

Your title will be Director, Head of Software Engineering, at one of the worlds top Venture Capital firms, a pioneer in industry giants like Nvidia, Uber, and Alibaba.

Youll work directly with the CTO, building and architecting internal systems and applications that provide clear insights into their diverse portfolio, enabling investors to gauge the value of their stakes in real-time.

Whether its spotting trends or tracking performance, your work will directly influence strategic decisions at the highest level. Youll operate as an Individual Contributor and immediately contribute to coding and architecture.

Of course, youll work cross-functionally and collaborate with many different departments, but you wont have a team to manage.

Ideally, youll have a Generalist Mindset and know a lot about a variety of different technologies. A strong background in developing systems and applications from scratch is preferred, and expertise in Python, .NET technologies, and databases would be a huge plus.

Starting salary for this position is $300,000 plus a generous bonus package, however, they're willing to be competitive for the right candidate.

This is a hybrid environment in Menlo Park with 12 days required in the office every month.
