Job DescriptionDuties:
Supervising and training kitchen staff
- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Bartending, cooking, and hosting is a mandatory requirement.
Skills:
Strong team management skills
- Experience in bartending and mixology
- Proficient in cooking techniques and food production
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the kitchen as needed
