    We are seeking a

    Director of Finance

    to oversee financial operations and contribute to strategic initiatives.

    As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's financial functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.

    Develop and implement financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, to support strategic decision-making

    Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

    Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies to optimize liquidity, mitigate financial risks, and support business growth and profitability objectives

    Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets

    Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to assess the company's financial performance

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred

    Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the insurance industry

    Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including GAAP and statutory accounting principles

    Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate

    Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
